Thank you for choosing SY Travel. Because we act as an intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers (including airlines, hotels, and other travel providers), all bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers in addition to the policies outlined below.

SY Travel acts solely as a booking agent for airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers. We do not own or operate flights, hotels, or other travel services. All services are provided by independent third parties and are subject to their individual fare rules, cancellation policies, and restrictions.
Refund eligibility is determined primarily by the applicable airline or hotel's rules.
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable unless:
Promotional, discounted, "basic," "economy light," prepaid hotel rates, and special fares are typically non-refundable and may not allow changes.
Most airline tickets are non-refundable. If the airline permits cancellation, any refund will typically be issued as an airline credit/voucher or a refund minus airline penalties and fees. SY Travel service fees are non-refundable.
If a ticket is purchased under a fully refundable fare:
Failure to cancel prior to scheduled departure may result in complete forfeiture of ticket value.
Prepaid, promotional, or special rates are typically non-refundable once confirmed.
Refunds for flexible rates are subject to cancellation within the hotel's stated deadline (often 24–72 hours before check-in) and confirmation from the hotel that cancellation terms were met. No-shows or late cancellations are typically charged one or more nights and may be non-refundable.
If an airline or hotel cancels or significantly modifies a booking:
If a supplier issues only a travel credit, that credit will be passed to the customer in accordance with supplier rules.
By completing a purchase, you agree to contact SY Travel directly to resolve any dispute before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of future booking privileges and submission of booking records to the issuing bank as part of the dispute response.

SY Travel is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or public health events. Refunds in such cases are governed solely by supplier policies.
